What You'll Do

• Research customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Develop and execute smart marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create impactful marketing content for digital, print, and social media.
• Build strong brand awareness through creative storytelling and campaigns.
• Support sales teams with marketing materials, case studies, and presentations.
• Engage with customers through feedback, loyalty, and retention programs.
• Manage B2B campaigns and digital engagement to attract and retain business clients.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to bring ideas to life.
• Drive lead generation initiatives across digital and offline channels to support sales growth and customer acquisition.
• Take complete ownership of projects from concept to execution to performance review

You Are Perfect If You Are

• A creative thinker who blends storytelling with strategy.
• 2+ years hands-on experience in marketing and brand building B2B experience is an added advantage.
• Have experience in both online and offline marketing.
• Can work independently and handle projects end-to-end from strategy till execution with outcome.
• Understand how to connect with business audiences in a genuine way.
• Enjoy data-driven decision-making and experimenting with new ideas.
