Marketing Associate

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and analytically minded Marketing Associate to support our digital marketing efforts, with a strong focus on SEO, website performance, and content optimisation. This role is ideal for a candidate with hands-on technical marketing experience who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a performance-driven marketing team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing team to improve search visibility, website traffic, and overall marketing effectiveness.

Technical Skill Requirements

• Hands-on experience with WordPress (development knowledge is a strong advantage)

• Solid understanding of web traffic metrics and performance analysis

• Working knowledge of backlinks and link-building strategies

• Experience using website analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Google Search Console

• Up-to-date understanding of digital marketing and social media trends

• Strong working knowledge of major social media platforms, including:

• YouTube

• Facebook

• Twitter (X)

• LinkedIn

• Pinterest

• Instagram

• Good understanding of social media KPIs and performance indicators

• Experience conducting audience and buyer persona research

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement SEO-related website changes

• Conduct keyword research and write optimised metadata and on-page content

• Implement on-page and technical SEO improvements

• Support off-page SEO efforts, including quality link building and social media signals

• Monitor keyword rankings and benchmark website performance against competitors

• Identify short-term and long-term marketing improvement opportunities

• Prepare online newsletters and promotional email campaigns and manage their distribution across relevant channels

• Support ongoing reporting and analysis to improve marketing effectiveness
