Marketing Associate

Job Description


We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing initiatives for our clients.


This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys working across campaigns, content, and digital marketing initiatives. The Marketing Associate will work closely with the LaunchPad Creative team to assist in executing marketing plans, managing campaigns, and supporting the delivery of high-quality marketing programs.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Marketo, and excited to support marketing initiatives in a fast-paced agency environment.


How You’ll Contribute


  • Assist in the execution of marketing plans and campaigns for asset management, financial services and fintech clients
  • Support the development of marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, email copy, landing pages, and social media posts
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns within HubSpot, Marketo, or other marketing automation platforms
  • Assist in the setup and management of digital advertising campaigns, including paid social and paid search initiatives
  • Update and maintain client website content, including blogs, landing pages, and marketing assets
  • Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research, optimizing website and blog content, and implementing on-page SEO best practices to improve search visibility
  • Coordinate marketing campaign deliverables and timelines to help ensure projects remain on schedule
  • Support the development and management of marketing automation workflows and nurture campaigns
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics, including email engagement, digital ad performance, and website analytics
  • Conduct research to support marketing initiatives, campaign development, and client content
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure all marketing assets align with client brand voice and messaging


What You’ll Bring to Us


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or agency environment
  • Experience working with HubSpot, Marketo, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with email marketing, digital advertising, and content marketing
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in campaign reporting and performance tracking
  • Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about financial services marketing
