SUMMARY
The Marketing Associate will play a pivotal role in executing RIDE's multi-channel marketing strategy. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will assist in creating compelling content, managing our digital presence, and coordinating high-impact events. Key Responsibilities- Campaign Support: Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital (email, social), print, and event channels to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Content Creation & Brand Voice: Write and edit engaging blog posts, social media content, podcasts, and client newsletters. Ensure all materials reflect RIDE's brand standards and compliance requirements.
- Digital Channel Management: Help manage website updates and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Monitor community engagement and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Event Coordination: Support the logistics for webinars, industry trade shows, and client events, including booth coordination, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain and track campaign performance. Prepare monthly reports on key metrics such as engagement rates, lead conversion rates, and web traffic.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and support cross-departmental growth initiatives.
- Administrative Support: Manage digital asset libraries, inventory for promotional materials, and provide general project support to the brand team as needed.
Qualifications & Skills- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; OR an Associate degree with 3 years of equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing or communications (relevant internships count!)
- EV/Tech Passion: While a background in EV or transportation isn't required, a strong interest in the green energy transition and the "Future of Mobility" is essential.
- Digital Literacy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar CRM/Email platforms).
- Communication: Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a broad audience.
- Organizational Prowess: Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Team Mindset: A collaborative spirit with a focus on "Excellent Client Service" for both internal stakeholders and external partners
Travel: Up to 25%
Pay Range: $70,000-$75,000
