Job Summary:
The Marketing Associate - Insights & NPD will support DrinkPrime’s Brand, Growth, and Product teams by translating customer understanding into strategic action. This role requires someone who can turn customer feedback and data into actionable insight, and influence insight-backed decisions within the organisation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer research & Insights
- Execute primary customer research to inform business decisions, including go-to-market strategies, brand communication, product portfolio, and pricing.
- Conduct regular research (e.g., brand health, media behavior, triggers/barriers, user experience) to enhance customer understanding and inform communication/product decisions.
- Monitor social media (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X) for trends and competitor content. Provide actionable recommendations to Brand marketing team.
- Analyse, report and communicate research findings and actionable insights to stakeholders.
New Product Development
- Collaborate closely with Product and R&D teams to enable product launches, while ensuring consistency in product branding.
Pre-requisites
- 2+ years in marketing (generalist/research/insights).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to convert data into insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and data reporting.
- Outcome-oriented with outstanding project management and multitasking.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
