Marketing Associate – Real Estate

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our growing Residential - Telecommunications Division.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and is passionate about driving business growth through creative marketing and client engagement.

You will be responsible for lead generation, client relationship management, and executing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Business Development
• Identify and approach potential clients including developers, real estate agents, and high-end residential communities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
• Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
• Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote residential telecommunication and integrated home solutions.
• Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Client Relationship Management
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tailored marketing materials.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to achieve monthly lead and conversion targets.
• Cross-Department Coordination
• Work closely with project, estimation, and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction.
• Gather client feedback to refine service delivery and marketing strategies.
• Market Intelligence
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
• Report on marketing performance metrics such as lead volume, conversion rate, and ROI.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in telecommunications, residential projects, or real estate marketing.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
