Responsibilities:

Video Creation
-
Filming and Editing: Film video content both on set and on location (limited). After recording, you’ll edit footage, add computer graphics, closed captioning, and special effects to create engaging videos.

Equipment Setup: Set up and take down cameras, microphones, lighting, props, and other equipment required for video shoots.

Background Footage: Prepare background film (also known as “B-rolls”) to enhance storytelling.

Collaboration: Work closely with team to plan video shoots and ensure alignment with project goals.

Quality Control: Ensure high-quality video production & end-product.

PPC

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor video campaigns.

Ad Creation: Develop compelling video ads and creative assets.

Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, adjust bids, and optimize ad placements.

A/B Testing: Continuously test ad variations to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.

Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and insights.
Preferred Attributes:

Experience: Previous experience in videography, video editing, and post-production.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and familiarity with camera equipment.

Creativity: Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into visually appealing content.

Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering polished videos.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and open to learning new techniques.

Great attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Other considerations:

Real estate marketing or similar experience preferred

Certifications: Google Ads or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
