We are hiring a Marketing Automation Engineer with hands-on experience using Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok to automate, scale, and optimize marketing and revenue-generating functions.

Role Overview
Responsibilities
This role is for someone who understands Large Language Models (LLMs) not just as tools, but as business enablers and knows how to use them to market, position, and sell complex SaaS products. You will be responsible for turning AI into a distribution, demand generation, and sales enablement engine for VIDIZMO’s products by deeply learning:
VIDIZMO products, the competitive landscape, Customer pain points, Market positioning and then using AI technologies to continuously market and sell VIDIZMO at scale.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Powered Marketing & Sales Automation

Design and build AI-driven workflows using: Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok.

Automate key business functions including Product messaging, Marketing content creation, Sales enablement material, Competitive positioning

Use LLMs to generate, refine, and personalize: Website content, Blogs and thought leadership, Technical and product articles, Sales narratives and use-case driven messaging
Product, Market & Competitive Intelligence

Develop a deep understanding of: VIDIZMO’s product portfolio and roadmap, Competitor offerings, strengths, and weaknesses, Customer personas across law enforcement, enterprise, and government

Build AI-assisted systems to: Track competitor messaging and product updates, continuously refine VIDIZMO’s positioning, Highlight differentiators and innovation clearly
AI-Driven Selling & Demand Generation

Actively support selling VIDIZMO using AI technologies, including AI-assisted outreach narratives, Personalized content for target accounts, and Automated follow-ups and content sequencing.

Enable customers to: Discover VIDIZMO organically, understand product value quickly, See clear differentiation vs competitors, Partner with sales leadership to align AI-generated messaging with real deals.
Organic Distribution & Content Scaling

Ensure VIDIZMO’s latest product innovations are: Published on the website, Distributed through blogs and technical articles, continuously refreshed and discoverable

Build AI workflows to: Identify outdated content, Trigger updates based on product releases, Repurpose content across formats and audiences
LLM Architecture & Prompt Engineering

Demonstrated understanding of: LLM behavior, limitations, and strengths, Prompt engineering and multi-step workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts

Ensure AI outputs are: Accurate, on brand, and aligned with real product capabilities
Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field

6–7 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or GTM roles in B2B SaaS

Hands-on experience with all of the following: Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok

Strong understanding of LLMs and generative AI concepts

Proven ability to:
