We are seeking a Marketing Automation Executive to manage customer engagement and lifecycle campaigns across our digital platforms. The role focuses on leveraging tools such as Braze, WebEngage, Insider, or similar CRM automation platforms to drive user activation, retention, and long-term engagement.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and data teams to deliver personalized, data-driven communication that enhances customer experience and supports business growth.
Job description: -
- Design, build, and execute automated campaigns through email, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS.
- Manage customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization based on lifecycle stage, user behavior, and analytics.
- Optimize engagement campaigns through A/B testing, performance tracking, and data insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align automation campaigns with marketing goals, product launches, and retention strategies.
- Analyze campaign metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and retention, and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure customer data accuracy and compliance with communication and privacy standards.
- Utilize SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to extract, interpret, and present data insights when needed.
Job Specification and Technical Requirements: -
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, CRM marketing, or customer lifecycle management.
- Proven experience with at least one automation platform such as Braze, WebEngage, Insider, MoEngage, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation, journey mapping, and personalization strategies.
- Basic understanding of SQL, analytics tools, or dashboards preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
