Marketing & Brand Manager

Job Summary:

The Marketing & Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support overall business growth. This role oversees brand management, campaign development, content strategy, and market research while ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of current marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Oversee the evolution of the brand identity and positioning in alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor brand perception and implement initiatives to strengthen brand equity.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, email, events, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (agencies, designers, influencers) to produce high-quality marketing content.
  • Track KPIs, analyze ROI, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy and positioning.
  • Identify customer insights and market trends to drive product and brand development.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership on marketing performance and strategy.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Manage marketing team members or coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Mentor junior marketing staff and promote professional development within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a brand management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and managing brands.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.), and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in [industry-specific experience if relevant, e.g., retail, tech, B2B].
  • Graphic design skills or familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Experience working with external agencies or freelancers.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles for digital marketing.
