Marketing & Business Development Intern

Centrum Group of Companies is hiring a Business Development Intern for Tulip Banquet Hall, a premier venue for weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings. The selected candidate will support the business development team in generating leads, managing client relationships, and contributing to overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Outreach & Relationship Support
• Assist in identifying potential clients through research and outreach.
• Support in maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring timely communication.
• Sales & Marketing Support
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and promotional material.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to support business development strategies.
• Contribute ideas to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Team Collaboration
• Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Provide administrative and research support to the business development manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled in the final year) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality will be a plus).
• Skills & Competencies:
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or digital marketing tools will be an advantage.
• Eagerness to learn, with a professional and positive attitude.
