About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Campaigns / Operations Manager to lead the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role will play a key part in aligning marketing operations with campaign goals, driving performance, and ensuring seamless delivery across teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, performance, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate insights to optimize results (CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.).
  • Develop campaign timelines, manage budgets, and maintain project documentation.
  • Own the marketing operations workflow — including campaign setup, testing, QA, tracking, and reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and scalability.


Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in marketing campaigns, project management, or marketing operations.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email, paid media, social, SEO/SEM).
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and dashboard/reporting tools.
  • Clear communication and team coordination abilities.


Preferred Skills

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, agile marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign attribution models.
