About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented
Marketing Campaigns / Operations Manager
to lead the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role will play a key part in aligning marketing operations with campaign goals, driving performance, and ensuring seamless delivery across teams.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, performance, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate insights to optimize results (CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.).

Develop campaign timelines, manage budgets, and maintain project documentation.

Own the marketing operations workflow — including campaign setup, testing, QA, tracking, and reporting.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications

3–7 years of experience in marketing campaigns, project management, or marketing operations.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email, paid media, social, SEO/SEM).

Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.).

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and dashboard/reporting tools.

Clear communication and team coordination abilities.
Preferred Skills

Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar.

Experience working in fast-paced, agile marketing environments.

Familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign attribution models.
