Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Campaign Manager to lead and execute innovative marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing. This role involves managing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth through data-driven decision-making and creative content development. The Marketing Campaign Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing efforts and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms such as social media, email, Google AdWords, and print advertising.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Manage advertising sales efforts by creating compelling ad content and optimizing ad spend using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Coordinate with product management teams to align campaigns with product launches and promotional activities.
  • Create engaging content for various channels, including copywriting for blogs, social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and landing pages built on WordPress or HTML.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline campaign workflows and nurture leads through targeted messaging.
  • Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform campaign strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly using Google Analytics and other analytics platforms; adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI.
  • Manage budgets effectively for all campaigns while ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams utilizing Adobe Creative Suite to produce visual assets that enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends such as B2B marketing techniques, performance marketing tactics, e-commerce strategies, and Facebook Advertising best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on multichannel campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and advertising sales.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in B2B marketing environments or e-commerce is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
