Marketing Campaign Manager – Gaming

Job Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager with hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid marketing campaigns for mobile games. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to Google Ads and Mintegral, along with Meta Ads, MMP tools, and basic to working knowledge of Unity Ads.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and ROI across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute user acquisition (UA) campaigns for mobile games across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Unity Ads, and other ad networks
  • Launch, manage, and scale campaigns based on performance metrics
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, creatives, budgets, and goals

Performance Marketing & Optimization

  • Monitor key KPIs including CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, LTV, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve performance and reduce costs
  • Run A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, formats, and placements

MMP & Analytics

  • Work with MMP tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Firebase) to:
  • Track installs, events, and post-install behavior
  • Analyze attribution data and campaign performance
  • Prepare performance reports and share insights with stakeholders

Creative Collaboration

  • Coordinate with design and video teams to create high-performing ad creatives
  • Provide creative feedback based on campaign data and trends
  • Test multiple creative formats (videos, playables, banners)

Market & Trend Analysis

  • Research competitors’ marketing strategies and ad creatives
  • Stay updated on gaming marketing trends, ad platform updates, and industry benchmarks
  • Identify new growth opportunities and ad channels

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing, campaign management, or user acquisition
  • Prior experience in gaming or mobile apps is highly preferred

Technical & Tool Knowledge

  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads (UAC preferred)
  • Mintegral
  • MMP tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, Branch, etc.)
  • Unity Ads
  • Basic understanding of:
  • Attribution models
  • Funnels and cohorts
  • Retention and monetization metrics

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or IronSource
  • Understanding of in-app monetization (IAPs, ads, hybrid models)
  • Familiarity with live ops campaigns and seasonal promotions
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
