Marketing communication Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the marketing plan. Working closely with the Marketing head, you will engage with internal and external entities to create effective marketing campaigns involving all elements - ATL, BTL, Partnerships, PR and Social Media.


Responsibilities

  • Plan & deploy an integrated communications campaign including print, radio, online, sponsorship, collaterals.
  • Formulation of monthly/event related outdoor, social campaigns
  • Ensure timely information is given internally across Sharaf DG about the campaigns/promotions
  • Allocate tasks among team members and approve the final artwork, radio spots, social media and mobile application updates.
  • Ensure timely information is given internally across Sharaf DG about the campaigns/promotions
  • Maintain trend updates of the website/mobile application with the latest products and highlight the latest campaigns, while conducting a full analysis of the web pages
  • Market analysis; deliver a consolidated report about the competition in comparison with Sharaf DG
  • Provide all necessary data / reports on a periodic basis pertaining to marketing activities to the Manager Marketing for review, resolutions of issues and prompt decision making.
  • Develop attractive installment offers in coordination with finance partners to support sales objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of installment programs and their impact on sales volume and average basket value.
  • Develop and implement in-store marketing materials related to installment offers (posters, roll-ups, stands, POS materials
  • Prepare regular reports covering (Installment sales contribution, Performance by finance partner , ROI of co-marketing campaigns
  • Analyze customer behavior related to installment options and payment preferences.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 3- 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
  • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
