Roles and Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement annual marketing communication plans aligned with overall business and sales objectives.

Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to industrial audiences (B2B customers, distributors, consultants, contractors).

Manage brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual and verbal identity across all channels.
2. Content & Campaigns

Create, review, and manage technical and marketing content (brochures, case studies, white papers, press releases, newsletters).

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, PR, events, exhibitions).

Oversee website, social media platforms, and SEO/SEM initiatives for industrial relevance.
3. Events & PR

Plan and coordinate participation in industry exhibitions, conferences, and product launch events.

Manage media relations, industry press coverage, and thought leadership opportunities.

Build strong relationships with industry associations and partners.
4. Market Intelligence & Internal Alignment

Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine communication strategy.

Collaborate with product, sales, and technical teams to translate complex offerings into clear market messages.

Train internal stakeholders on brand messaging and communication tools.

Professional Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

7+ years of experience in B2B industrial marketing or communications is preferred

Strong understanding of industrial markets, channels, and decision-making units.

Proven experience in managing campaigns, events, and digital marketing.

Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
