Human Capital HR Solutions (HC) is hiring for a leading organization seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Communication Manager to drive brand growth and implement impactful marketing strategies.

Location: Lahore

Experience: 4–5 Years

Qualification: Master’s in Marketing / Business Administration

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand presence
• Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital, print, and social media)
• Create engaging content for social media, website, and marketing materials
• Coordinate with external marketing agencies
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
• Analyze campaign performance and generate insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for business alignment

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media)
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities
