Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the company’s branding and ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement.
• Collaborate with company leadership to develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, including content marketing, social media campaigns, email marketing, and events.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and design to ensure alignment and smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
• Measure, track, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
• Create marketing content such as captions, posts, newsletters, presentations, and basic promotional materials.
• Maintain and enhance the company’s corporate image and communication standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices in branding and digital marketing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media management (preferred).
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is an advantage.
• Analytical skills to interpret marketing data and campaign performance.

Working Schedule in UAE time:

Monday to Friday 9:00am-1:00pm, 1:30pm-6:30pm

Saturday 9:30am-12:30pm (work from Home

Sunday Off

Total Working Hours 48 hours

Salary Budget: 4,000 AED to 6,000 AED
