Marketing Communications Associate

A leading global investment and technology firm are seeking a highly skilled communicator to join their external communications team as a Marketing Communications Associate, in their New York office.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, creative, and fast-paced environment, producing investor-focused communications that support fundraising, client comms and customer retention.

Responsibilities:

• Create, edit and review all investor-focused communications, eg. RFP correspondence, pitch decks etc
• Coordinate with legal, tech and IR teams to manage and implement relevant projects, supporting with communications materials where necessary.

Required skills and experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in producing communications materials within a financial services organization with exceptional attention to detail and excellent writing and editing skills.
• Process-oriented mindset, with project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
