Austin Preparatory School, located in Reading, Massachusettsapproximately 15 miles north of Bostonis seeking qualified candidates for the position of Associate Director of Marketing & Communications. Founded in 1961, Austin Prep is an independent, co-educational Catholic day school in the Augustinian tradition, serving more than 800 students in grades 612.Austin Prep seeks a strategic, collaborative, and accomplished communicator to serve as Associate Director of Marketing & Communications. This full-time, 12-month position reports to the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer.As a core member of the Marketing & Communications team, the Associate Director advances the schools enrollment, engagement, and fundraising goals through integrated, data-informed marketing initiatives that strengthen Austin Preps visibility, reputation, and mission-driven impact.The Associate Director leads the development and refinement of digital and print content, including articles, features, web copy, and institutional marketing materials. Serving as the schools lead writing and editorial resource, this role shapes messaging across Austin Preps primary communication channelsweb, email, print, social media, and institutional publicationsensuring consistency in voice, tone, and brand alignment.Working closely with Admissions, Development, and faculty and staff, the Associate Director contributes to the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns that support strategic priorities.
