Marketing Communications Coordinator

Collaborative Industries (CI) is a management company that supports small to midsized companies to increase productivity, to improve customer satisfaction and with administrative support and leadership within some partner organizations. We are looking for a Marketing Communication Coordinator to maintain and develop an active social presence across a variety of social media platforms for CI and the various companies we support.

This is a great opportunity for a creative, independent self-starter with a strong knowledge and understanding of marketing concepts and the digital media landscape.

To succeed, you’ll need to be highly organized, technically savvy, detail oriented, able to meet deadlines and comfortable building relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Occasional day travel to partner sites is required to strengthen partnerships and provide on-site support.

FT (40 hr./wk). – Mon. -Fri. – In office position.

Salary range: $45,000 - $50,000

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain company and client websites (via Wix).
• Create original content, graphics, and marketing materials.
• Execute and monitor social media campaigns.
• Manage online marketing/advertising/outreach and promotion using Indeed, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
• Optimize website and social media channels for engagement and reach.
• Conduct keyword and cost/benefit analysis for campaigns.
• Track and report business outcomes related to marketing metrics.
• Plan and manage events to support business initiatives.
• Serve as chair for the recruiting and retention committee.
• Develop and distribute quarterly newsletter.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience writing, editing, developing, and producing content for web design and social media.
• Ability to write in multiple tones and styles to accommodate the needs of our diverse cliental.
• In depth knowledge of all social media platforms, including but not be limited to Indeed, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Proficiency in graphic design, marketing software, and digital editing tools.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
