As a Marketing & Communications Executive you are responsible for assisting the Director of Marketing & Communication in the effective implementation of marketing and promotional strategies for the positioning of the company as highly desirable to its identified target markets and within the parameters set by Rotana. In addition you are responsible to assist in the day-to-day operation of the department, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as-

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives

Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms

Create compelling content for social media, website, and other communication channels

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals
Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should be an advertising, marketing or communication graduate with preferable experiences in a similar field. You must be a computer literate with fluent and effective communication skills, verbal and written in English and Arabic.
