Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies that align with company goals and brand identity.
  • Manage multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms such as social media, email, search engines, and e-commerce sites.
  • Oversee content creation including copywriting, blog posts, press releases, and promotional materials to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Coordinate advertising efforts utilizing tools like Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, print advertising, and other media channels to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and other analytics platforms to optimize ongoing efforts.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to develop targeted B2B marketing initiatives that support sales growth.
  • Lead SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic through keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlinking.
  • Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and advertising sales initiatives to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for designing visual content that enhances campaign appeal and brand recognition.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, and multichannel marketing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, social media marketing platforms, and advertising sales techniques.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding basics, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo is highly desirable.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and product management processes is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing budgets and coordinating cross-functional teams.
