As a Marketing Communications Specialist at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will support our growing health organization in delivering clear, compelling, and brand-aligned content. This role is ideal for a strong writer with a strategic mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys crafting messaging that connects meaningfully with both internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and repurpose content across formats and platforms, including SEO blogs, webpages, press releases, newsletters, marketing materials, and social media.

  • Ghostwrite for executives and subject matter experts, simplifying complex topics into clear, on-brand communications.

  • Manage internal communications for employees and support messaging needs across departments and large organizational initiatives.

  • Contribute to internal awareness campaigns and oversee social media content strategy.

  • Review and guide content created by junior contributors while maintaining an integrated editorial calendar.

  • Track analytics and engagement metrics to optimize communication strategies.

  • Ensure consistent brand voice, provide mentorship, and uphold content governance across all platforms and materials.

  • Manage reputation and community engagement efforts, including Google review responses, storytelling initiatives, and email marketing strategy.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications, journalism or a related field
  • 3 or more years of professional experience in marketing communications, content writing or related field
  • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, social media tools and content management systems such as: Hubspot, Mailchimp and Canva

Compensation:

Salary:

  • $52,000.00-$72,000.00

  • Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.
  • Employees in these positions are W2.
