As a Marketing Communications Specialist at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will support our growing health organization in delivering clear, compelling, and brand-aligned content. This role is ideal for a strong writer with a strategic mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys crafting messaging that connects meaningfully with both internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities:
Create and repurpose content across formats and platforms, including SEO blogs, webpages, press releases, newsletters, marketing materials, and social media.
Ghostwrite for executives and subject matter experts, simplifying complex topics into clear, on-brand communications.
Manage internal communications for employees and support messaging needs across departments and large organizational initiatives.
Contribute to internal awareness campaigns and oversee social media content strategy.
Review and guide content created by junior contributors while maintaining an integrated editorial calendar.
Track analytics and engagement metrics to optimize communication strategies.
Ensure consistent brand voice, provide mentorship, and uphold content governance across all platforms and materials.
Manage reputation and community engagement efforts, including Google review responses, storytelling initiatives, and email marketing strategy.
