Marketing Communications Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Communications Specialist based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves creating and executing marketing communication strategies, crafting press releases, managing public relations efforts, and ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to align communication strategies with overall business goals, support strategic initiatives, and promote Newfab’s brand and offerings effectively.


Key Responsibilities

Content & Press Releases

• Publish 2 press releases per week across social media and internal/external channels.

• Ensure messaging aligns with corporate identity and brand tone.

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow all company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, FB…etc.

• Increase social media engagement.

• Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements.

Marketing Campaign Execution

• Plan, execute, and monitor 3 marketing campaigns per quarter.

• Ensure campaigns support sales and leads generation.

Events & Lead Generation

• Organize, coordinate, and attend 10 business related events annually (local and International).

• Capture leads and support follow‑up activities.

Reporting & Analysis

• Provide quarterly communication performance reports.

• Track press release performance, campaign ROI, and digital growth.

Graphic Design Support

• Support all divisions with required graphic designs (sign boards, brochures, awareness materials, etc.).

Print Material & Content Creation

• Design and organize content for print materials including flyers, brochures, corporate profiles, and other marketing collateral.

Website Management & SEO

• Manage and update the company’s website.

• Ensure high SEO performance, optimized structure, and updated content.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Marketing Communications, including planning and executing campaigns
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience writing and distributing Press Releases
  • Experience with SEO and CMS platforms.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools.
  • Experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Knowledge of Strategic Communications and its application across organizational levels
  • Expertise in Public Relations, including media engagement and relationship building
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in construction or manufacturing industries, is a plus
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly advantageous
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
