Role Overview

We are looking for an entry-level Marketing & Content Creation Associate who can hit the ground running. You will manage social media content, create blogs, optimize content for SEO, and understand current AI-driven growth strategies and how to implement them. This is a fully in-office role with creative ownership and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and post content on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Plan, shoot, and edit videos and photos for social media and marketing
• Write blog posts and marketing copy optimized for SEO
• Plan, write, and manage company blogs for engagement and SEO growth
• Understand current AI-driven growth strategies and how to implement them
• Maintain content calendars and consistent posting schedules
• Track engagement metrics and collaborate on campaigns

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in marketing, social media, content creation, SEO, or blog writing
• Proficient in Canva and other marketing tools
• Experience managing Facebook and LinkedIn content
• Knowledge of AI-optimized content or AI-friendly SEO preferred
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Must live within 20 minutes of our office in Carmel, IN
