How We Think: We’re students of people like Alex Hormozi, Rick Rubin, Rory Sutherland, Robert Cialdini, Steve Jobs, Mark Sadderfield and Caleb Ralston. We apply the principles behind what they teach. Clear thinking, strong offers, understanding human behavior, and creating content that actually deserves attention. You don’t need to know everything. But if you’re the type of person who goes down rabbit holes to figure things out, tests ideas, and enjoys the process of getting better, that stands out quickly.
Your Responsibilities: You’ll be responsible for owning and executing our content and social media presence from the ground up. This is a hands-on role. You’ll be filming, creating, posting, and engaging every day.
