Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic
Marketing & Content Creator
to join our brokerage and drive brand-growth, lead generation, and closing momentum. The ideal candidate blends creative visual media skills (photography/filming/editing) with strategic marketing acumen—and has the ability to translate the unique pulse of Dubai’s real estate market into engaging content and measurable campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Content Creation
-
Produce high-quality photo and video content for property listings (stills, walk-throughs, drone, virtual tours) and for brand story-telling (corporate, community, lifestyle).

Handle end-to-end editing: colour grading, motion graphics, sound, subtitling where relevant.

Present a portfolio of past work at application stage (required).
2. Marketing Strategy & Implementation

Develop a full marketing plan (digital + offline) aligned to our business goals: increasing listings, closing deals, growing brand recognition.

Run digital campaigns across social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook), SEO/SEM, email marketing, Google Ads.

Oversee offline marketing: brochures, print materials, events, open houses, influencer collaborations, developer partnerships.
3. Sales & Listing Team Collaboration

Work closely with sales/listing teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with lead conversion and listing objectives.

Ensure all marketing-generated leads are tracked, nurtured and handed off properly.

Create dashboards/reporting to monitor lead funnel from marketing → sales.
4. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

Conduct ongoing research into Dubai’s real-estate market: buyer-personas, neighbourhood trends, developer activity, emerging digital channels.

Analyse competitor marketing (what’s working, what’s not) and propose innovative tactics.
5. Digital Presence & Brand Consistency

Manage and maintain the company website, listings on portals, social-media profiles.

Ensure all touch-points reflect a consistent brand voice, visual identity and quality standard.
6. On-the-Ground Activations
-
Conceptualise and execute offline activations: open houses, developer partner events, influencer collaborations, experiential campaigns.

Coordinate logistics, creative direction, content capture, and post-event follow-up marketing.
7. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Define and monitor key marketing KPIs: lead volume, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rate, brand engagement metrics, ROI.

Deliver regular actionable reports (monthly/quarterly) with insights and recommendations for adjustment.
8. Compliance & Regulation

Ensure marketing practices comply with local regulations (e.g., Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) rules, UAE advertising laws, listing-portal guidelines).

Work with legal/compliance team to review marketing materials as required.
9. Team Leadership & Agency Management

Lead (or, when scaling, build) a small in-house marketing team and/or manage external agencies/freelancers.

Mentor junior staff, assign creative tasks, review output quality, ensure deadlines are met.
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience (ideally 5+ years) in marketing for real-estate or property sector—Dubai/UAE experience preferred.

Strong photography and videography skills: shooting + post-production editing, portfolio required.

Solid experience with digital marketing tools: social-media platforms, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email automation, analytics.

Excellent collaboration skills: able to work with sales/listing teams, developers, event partners.

Strategic thinker with ability to turn market research into actionable campaigns.

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills a strong plus).

Able to manage multiple channels, offline & digital, and track marketing-to-sales conversion.

Awareness of UAE/Dubai real-estate regulation, advertising standards, listing portal best-practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related (preferred).
