We are looking for a Marketing & Content Specialist who understands attention, storytelling, and conversion — and wants to help scale a fast-growing sports brand.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Tampa, FL 33610.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
• Develop and manage organic and paid social campaigns
• Assist with influencer and ambassador partnerships
• Write marketing emails and product launch copy
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize content
