We’re seeking a creative and performance-minded marketing professional who can combine strong design skills with data-driven campaign execution.
About the Role
This position blends creative production with strategic marketing execution. You will be responsible for developing compelling visual content and managing digital campaigns that increase awareness, registrations, and revenue.

Core Responsibilities
- Develop branded graphics for social media, email, website updates, and digital promotions
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including layout design, audience segmentation, and performance optimization
- Oversee paid advertising efforts across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google
- Track key performance indicators and use data insights to refine messaging, targeting, and budget allocation
- Ensure visual and written consistency across all marketing materials
- Partner with leadership to execute promotional initiatives tied to enrollment and revenue goals
- Provide regular reporting on campaign effectiveness and recommend strategic adjustments
- Contribute to additional marketing initiatives including blog content, print materials, or event promotion as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or campaign management
- Demonstrated success driving measurable outcomes (registrations, conversions, revenue growth, etc.)
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable design software
- Experience using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
- Working knowledge of paid social and/or search advertising platforms
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Organized, deadline-oriented, and solution-focused
Preferred Experience
- Video editing or motion graphics familiarity
- Basic SEO understanding or experience with website platforms (e.g., Squarespace, WordPress)
- Background working with family-centered, education, or child-focused brands
