Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or related field (coursework and internships included)
- Associates degree
- Strong graphic design and copywriting skills
- Basic photography and video editing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a small team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Content is accurate, on-brand, and aligned with direction provided
- Projects are completed on time with minimal follow-up

Responsibilities
- As a Marketing Content Specialist at Chicagoland Equipment Services, you will be an assist in supporting and scaling marketing for multiple locations within our growing company for material handling equipment rental, sales, and service company
- Content Creation (Graphic Design, Photo/Video, Copywriting)
- Create engaging content across digital and print (blog posts, case studies, emails, social media posts, website content, articles, product descriptions)
- Design marketing materials including brochures, ads, one-pagers, and social graphics
- Capture and edit photo/video content from jobs, equipment, and company activity
- Social Media & Digital Presence
- Support and grow company presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram and more
- Plan, create, and publish organic and paid social content
- Monitor platforms and provide engagement/respond to comments/messages
- Track performance and share insights to improve reach and leads with team
- Update website content
- Support SEO efforts including keyword research and on-page content updates
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Assist with managing inbound leads and website form submissions
- Marketing Execution & Coordination
- Execute marketing campaigns and projects based on direction provided
- Maintain organized content library and marketing assets
- You become a reliable go-to for executing marketing initiatives
- Full-time, Monday – Friday
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
