POSITION MISSION

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in developing and implementing our company’s first fully dedicated marketing plan, which is focused on accelerating the growth of our presence as a premier, nationwide leader in small business compliance solutions.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Marketing Coordinator will be based in our beautiful office in downtown Phoenix, AZ. Here, they will have the opportunity to work directly with our co-founder, Mark J. Kohler, who has earned a reputation as one of America’s preeminent tax and legal attorneys, helping to empower thousands of entrepreneurs and small business owners across the U.S. They will also collaborate remotely on a daily basis with our leadership team in Cedar City, UT, including our Chief Operating Officer, to whom this position will report directly.

This is a full-time position with a salary between $70,000 and $80,000 per year. The salary offered will depend on the candidate's experience and skillset. Working hours will be 8* am to 5 pm* (Arizona local time), Monday through Friday.

We are truly looking for a marketing professional who is motivated by the opportunity to work alongside an established persona such as Mark J. Kohler, while playing a pivotal role in helping our company take a giant leap forward in our external marketing efforts.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Given the unique nature of this position and the need for the candidate to hit the ground running immediately, a minimum of 3 years of marketing, social media management, and content creation experience is required to be considered for this fantastic opportunity.

All candidates must possess advanced experience in the use of Canva, Sprout Social, CapCut (or similar video editing software), and social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Candidates with experience in each of these platforms, coupled with experience with HubSpot and Google Analytics, will be given preference.

Our ideal candidate will bring a unique and balanced blend of experience in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies that contribute to organic brand awareness and market growth, as reflected in MoM and YoY revenue performance.

An ability to work equally effectively independently and collaboratively is also essential. We are committed to ensuring the candidate has exceptional support from all members of our amazing team; however, this position will require the need to think, strategize, and execute independently at times while keeping everything aligned with our established goals and objectives.

Responsibilities and Key Duties:

  • Develop and implement a unique, results-driven social media strategy for Main Street Business Services
  • Contribute to developing information-based content related to our services that can be circulated across each social media platform
  • Create, launch, and maintain a company-branded newsletter
  • Edit existing video and audio content from Mark J. Kohler to repackage and post for Main Street Business Services
  • Record, edit, and post new digital content for social media (candidate will have access to a state-of-the-art recording studio located in the Phoenix office)
  • Work in collaboration with our digital marketing consulting team to leverage paid ads and SEO optimization strategies to expand our online presence and drive website traffic

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 3 years' marketing experience working for a small but growing business
  • wearing different marketing hats
  • Expert-level Canva design and CapCut (or similar video editing software) experience
  • Experience with editing digital content for the purpose of creating reels, YouTube videos, Shorts, and other video-related content for similar platforms
  • Proficiency in SEO and content optimization strategies
  • Experience with HubSpot and Google products is strongly preferred
  • Experience with ChatGPT or other AI resources is helpful
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstratable expertise in the creation of compelling, highly engaging digital content that connects with the target audience
