The Role

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our marketing lead and partners to support day-to-day marketing execution. From creating social content and managing our community to coordinating local campaigns, this is a role for someone who’s eager to learn, hands-on, and detail-oriented. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone ready to build their marketing career in food, hospitality, or lifestyle branding and has an eye for content and community management.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Support execution of ongoing marketing initiatives across locations
  • Assist in content creation (design, copy, email, and light video editing)
  • Community management
  • Monitor industry trends and flag new opportunities
  • Help with events, activations, and community partnerships as we reopen and grow
  • Update social channels starting with Facebook & Instagram to expand to LinkedIn, YouTube + Tiktok
  • Support maintenance of calendars for events, content, and community opportunities
  • Track and support ads paid media placements and budgets
  • Communicate regularly with restaurant GMs and staff to align on promotions and marketing support
  • Creating short-form content (signage, blurbs, social).

What You’ll Work On First

-Get familiar with our brand guidelines, tools, and menu

- Visit our Chicago-based locations, meet our restaurant managers, corporate chefs

- Start managing our Social accounts content monthly + ad hoc (before taking on full social)

- Support with design and content tasks across email, digital, and print

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and content creation.
  • Familiarity with advertising sales processes and performance metrics related to digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for design tasks; experience with graphic design is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Google AdWords for managing paid search campaigns effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with attention to detail in written communication.
  • Experience in managing budgets for marketing projects effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently. Join us as we strive to elevate our brand presence through innovative marketing strategies!

  • Marketing Manager – owning strategy and campaigns across the group
  • In-House Designer – leading visual identity and creative production
  • Content Creator – managing brand storytelling across all platforms

What You Bring

  • 2-3 years experience in marketing, design, hospitality, or brand support
  • Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe InDesign
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Interest in food, hospitality, local events, and community storytelling
  • Bonus: experience with Mailchimp, Meta Hootsuite, Later, or similar tools
