Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic In-House Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance our brand, attract new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing ones. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a small firm environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage content for the firm’s website, blog, and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).

- Develop marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and client testimonials.

- Plan and coordinate community events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities.

- Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, email marketing).

- Track marketing performance and provide reports on ROI and client engagement.

- Collaborate with attorneys to highlight case successes and firm achievements.

- Ensure all marketing aligns with ethical and legal advertising guidelines for law firms.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.

- Strong writing and editing skills for creating compelling content.

- Proficiency with digital tools like Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.

- Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and email marketing strategies.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently.

- Familiarity with legal marketing regulations.

- Enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills.
