Marketing Coordinator (In-Office Only)

At Holistic Dental Center of New Jersey, we’re looking for a dependable and creative Marketing Coordinator who can balance content creation with analytics — and grow into running our marketing department.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient interviews and collect reviews/testimonials.
• Create and post engaging social media content using Canva and CapCut.
• Track and report performance metrics in Google Sheets; adjust campaigns to drive new patient growth.
• Assist with events and community outreach quarterly (with leadership support).
• Research trends, apply marketing best practices, and troubleshoot issues when needed.
• Support digital marketing efforts (SEO, ads, email campaigns).

Requirements

• Must be able to commute daily to Millburn, NJ (within 30 minutes preferred).
• 2–4 years of marketing experience (healthcare, wellness, or service industries a plus).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Canva, and CapCut.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Dependable, honest, detail-oriented, and open to feedback.
• Creative, analytical, and resourceful — able to turn ideas into action.
• Growth mindset with high standards of quality.
