Marketing Coordinator

The Epic Remedy is looking for a full time enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. A Marketing coordinator should be a competent professional who is able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles, and tactics. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.

The Epic Remedy is a leading Colorado Springs cannabis company operating for over 10 Years. We currently operate 4 store locations as well as 3 indoor cultivation facilities and two product manufacturing facilities. We pride ourselves on quality and customer service and look forward to adding a the right Marketing Coordinator to our team.

Job Overview

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for communicating with management and coordinating with other marketing professionals to implement innovative campaigns for branding or product launches. Their duties include management of social media accounts, online business profiles, and assisting with overall brand management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Social Media Accounts
• Manage Online Business Profiles
• Assist in the creation of blog posts
• Assist with monthly Newsletter
• Generate viable content ideas
• Conduct in-store events to promote deals and new product releases
• Coordinate 3rd Party Vendor Pop-ups
• Coordinate new deals and push notifications on App
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials, apparel, and “Swag”.
• Research and coordinate company involvement opportunities
• Research and coordinate community outreach opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be 21 Years of age or older
• Must possess or be able to possess a Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Badge
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or proven experience as a marketing coordinator or similar position
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (Including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO, social media etc.)
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
• Solid computer skills including MS Office, and marketing software and applications
• Well organized and detail-oriented
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind

Job Environment:

• This position performs indoors.
• The position occasionally requires you to move items up to 25 lbs.
• The position rarely requires you to move items up to 50 lbs.
• The position rarely requires you to perform in a stooping, kneeling, crouching or, crawling position.
