We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional with strong technical aptitude who can bridge the gap between marketing and engineering. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in elevating our brand presence, refining our technical content, and driving effective campaigns that showcase our expanding capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Management

• Create high-quality, technically accurate content highlighting manufacturing processes, quality systems, capabilities, and team expertise.
• Collaborate with engineering/technical staff to ensure accuracy of technical content before publication.
• Expand website product pages with accurate specs, images, and product details.
• Develop new marketing materials to support product launches and expanded service offerings.

Digital Campaign Creation & SEO Performance Tracking

· Maximize ROI on Google Ads by designing and refining PPC campaigns with highly targeted landing pages for specialized market segments

• Track, analyze, and report lead sources, conversions, and customer acquisition value across paid and unpaid channels.
• Optimize digital campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce conversion costs.

Growth & Market Expansion:

• Work closely with leadership to identify and develop strategies to aim marketing to key industries such as aerospace, government, military and medical.
• Align marketing efforts with business development goals and long-term growth strategy.
• Continuously monitor competitors and industry trends to ensure Circuit Assembly maintains a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create technical content.
• Prior experience and proven success managing Google Ads/AdWords, SEO, and analytics tools.
• Experience with trade show/event coordination a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical curiosity and willingness to learn about complex products and processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
