Job Purpose:
We’re looking for a Google Ads pro who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible to help manage our Pay Per Click/ Paid search strategies for clients, Manage Google AdWords Search, Display, Video and App campaigns, including audience targeting, keyword research and selection, Ad group structuring, Ad copywriting and landing page testing and optimization. We need an individual with experience in both Google Ads (Ad-Words) and Facebook Advertising. If you love diving into data, testing creative ideas, and scaling campaigns, this is the role for you.
Job Summary
- Manage paid search advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, App).
- Manage Facebook Ads, including audience targeting, copywriting, and coordinating asset production with the creative team.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor the health and performance of several hundred client ad accounts and provide regular reporting.
- Collect and analyze data to develop optimization strategies that drive growth.
- Audit and refine landing pages to ensure traffic is directed to the highest-converting pages.
- Monitor client, competitor, and industry changes to adjust strategies.
- Write competitive ad copy and continually test new creative approaches.
- Work with internal teams to establish expectations, report on progress, and achieve goals.
- Continue learning and expanding SEM knowledge while staying up to date with PPC industry trends.
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent working knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Analytics and Facebook Ad Manager.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and platforms simultaneously.
- Experience working with Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- Excellence in written and verbal communication and strong copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS and web standards and their potential impact on PPC
A Plus:
- Google Adwords and/or Google Analytics Certification.
- SEO skills: on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
