Marketing Coordinator

As an Account Coordinator, you will work alongside the Account Strategist in order to meet the client’s strategic business objectives. This could include assisting with digital ad campaigns, dynamic social media content, or an SEO-optimized editorial calendar for clients. Your work will help clients grow and have an impact on them beyond what they have experienced before.

The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, be highly motivated, able to work under pressure, and manage many details well. Project management, time management, organizational and leadership skills are required. The candidate should also enjoy high levels of responsibility and autonomy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the Account Strategist in successful implementation of all marketing and project initiatives
  • Attend client and internal meetings to accurately document a full account of the information conveyed
  • Effectively and professionally communicate with internal teams, leadership, and assigned clients
  • Coordinate, assign tasks, and keep track of status to ensure strict adherence to timeline/schedule of tasks and deliverables
  • Write and edit original content for a wide range of marketing and communications materials
  • Revise/edit materials based on internal and client feedback
  • Create, publish, and manage content and campaigns for a variety of social media channels
  • Copywriting and proofreading
  • Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on a variety of social media platforms
  • Create graphics for use in social media, digital ads, and a variety of other platforms

This is a full-time position reporting directly to senior leadership. Our office is located in historic North Knoxville. We have great benefits including paid time off, company matched 401K retirement plans, health benefits, gym membership, and continuing education opportunities.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or advertising-related fields and have at least one year of experience in managing projects, teams, or accounts. The candidate should also enjoy high levels of responsibility and autonomy. Advanced computer proficiency is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
