Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help tell the stories behind our properties, people, and projects. The Marketing Coordinator has a pivotal role within the marketing team, responsible for executing and supporting various marketing initiatives to drive digital and graphics marketing, brand awareness, brand reputation management, and social media. What You'll Do:

  • Oversee social media/reputation management, serving as the primary point of contact with communities and online reputation websites, and manage efforts to increase ratings, respond to reviews, and escalate items as needed for further response.

  • Develop online advertising campaigns, Google Ads, Social Media Ads, & property websites and track their performance.

  • Assist Property Management in effectively capturing and nurturing leads through various channels, optimizing organic traffic, and lead conversion rates.

  • Oversee online reputation management key performance indicators and propose short-term and long-term targets for an improved online reputation for corporate identity and F&C communities.

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including event coordination and execution (company events, groundbreakings, etc.)

  • Oversee Flaherty & Collins Properties corporate social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, etc.) – maintain content calendar, posting, monitoring online chatter and trends, engaging in customer conversations, coordinating blogs, and promoting the Flaherty & Collins Properties brand.

  • Coordinate project-level social media setup and assist with marketing plans for social media campaigns, reporting on campaign effectiveness.

  • Create, manage, and evaluate Google AdWords, SEO, GEO, and PPC campaigns.

  • Assist in managing Flaherty & Collins Properties corporate website by adding new projects, blog posts, press releases, and personnel.

  • Oversee property website setups and ongoing updates; work with property management and IT to meet preleasing needs and ensure we put our best foot forward and SEO best practices are being met.

  • Assist with graphic design-related needs for either F&C-developed or fee-managed properties.

  • Assist with the ordering and organization of corporate or site-specific promotional items as needed.

  • Assist with award applications.

  • Create and distribute property flyers.

  • Report monthly on Internet Listing Service stats for communities, making recommendations on future spending.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, business, communications, or a related field.

  • 3+ Years of experience in a Marketing position with proven social media content creation, graphic design, Search Engine Optimization management, and Google Ads/Analytics experience.

  • You have experience with social media, email marketing, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other similar tools.

  • You have a passion for marketing, storytelling, and design.

  • You’re organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • You have strong communication and writing skills.

  • You’re comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.

  • You’re detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture.
