The Marketing Coordinator is a Full, Time Regular hybrid position working Monday-Friday.

Summary: InlandRCM, a leader in revenue cycle management services, is seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our growth and help expand our presence in the regional and national marketplace. This role is key to enhancing our brand visibility and driving business development through a combination of traditional and digital marketing efforts. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with both existing programs and new initiatives, aligning with InlandRCM’s company goals.

General Description: The Marketing Coordinator at InlandRCM will play a key role in increasing the company’s brand visibility and supporting business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This individual will be responsible for executing both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, developing engaging content, managing event participation, and conducting outbound outreach to prospective clients. In addition to their marketing duties, the Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to ensure seamless execution of company goals. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter eager to contribute to the expansion of a leading revenue cycle management services company.

: Increase InlandRCM's brand presence through consistent, professional marketing initiatives. Develop and maintain engaging content for the company website, blogs, press releases, event promotions, and marketing campaigns. Assist in crafting clear, compelling copy that resonates with target audiences and reflects the company’s expertise.

: Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, and direct mail to generate leads and support client acquisition. Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting to improve results. Collaborate with the team and vendors to brainstorm and execute innovative strategies for brand visibility and new business opportunities.

: Take the lead in coordinating InlandRCM’s participation in healthcare industry events, conferences, and professional organization meetings. Manage event logistics, develop marketing materials, and ensure InlandRCM's brand is represented professionally to potential clients and partners. Coordinate booth setups, speaking opportunities, and overall event execution.

: Initiate proactive outreach to potential clients, industry professionals, and target markets through outbound marketing efforts, including email, direct mail, and social media. Ensure regular communication to keep InlandRCM visible and engaged with the marketplace.

: Conduct research to identify opportunities for market expansion and analyze industry trends and competitors. Use findings to recommend marketing strategies that align with InlandRCM’s growth objectives. Provide insights to help shape marketing content, event participation, and outreach efforts.

: Provide administrative assistance to marketing, business development, and operational teams as needed. This includes preparing reports, tracking marketing metrics, and supporting operational needs when requested. Help coordinate internal communications, meetings, and timelines to ensure alignment across all company initiatives.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality within the Inland Imaging companies and Inland’s customers.
  • Honest, pleasant manner, and good personal hygiene.
  • Free of alcohol and drug abuse.
  • Valid state driver’s license and proof of insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates self-directed learning and participation in continuing education through professional journals, approved seminars, etc.
  • Adheres to departmental standards and personnel policies by demonstrating professional demeanor in conduct and appearance.
  • Follows company departmental standards and personnel policies by using good teamwork and communication skills to help identify concerns and solutions, assisting where needed to ensure a smooth functioning department.
  • Performs other duties as required by displaying team spirit and self-growth, accepting and performing other projects and responsibilities, and requesting other projects and responsibilities.
  • Rotates to other shifts and locations as needed.
  • Reports time as required for this role.Supervisory Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma,
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a marketing role or internship, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Experience in the healthcare field is desired.
  • Business or sales experience is desired
  • Experience should involve aspects of copywriting, advertising, public & media relations, event coordination, project coordination, and standard marketing tasks.
  • Must have excellent verbal and personal communication skills.
  • Must have good time management and prioritization skills.
  • Must be willing to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Computer Skills: Experience with the following computer applications is desired: Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio), Adobe Illustrator, In-Design, Photoshop, Acrobat, Google Ads and Analytics, Squarespace for websites, email campaign programs, Canva, SEO or other marketing tools.
  • Drug Test: Eligible employees must be able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,045.44 - $90,068.15 per year
