Marketing Coordinator

We’re a fast-growing lash extension supply brand looking for a creative and trend-savvy Marketing Content Coordinator to bring our visual storytelling to life. This role is focused on photo, video, and content creation for campaigns, social media, web, and email — perfect for someone who loves the world of beauty, content trends, and aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging photo + video content for campaigns, social media, and product launches (Reels, TikToks, tutorials, etc.).
• Create marketing assets including:
• Website & email imagery (product shots, banners, hero images)
• Ads (static & animated)
• GIFs and short-form video content
• Branded graphics (social posts, story slides, carousels)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with brand campaigns and messaging.
• Stay up to date on digital and beauty content trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong photography and videography skills (product + lifestyle).
• Proficient editing skills in CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, and/or Figma.
• Creative and solid sense of aesthetics and visual design — especially in the beauty/lifestyle space.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable.
• Passion for content and familiarity with social platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with digital design, graphic design, or mixed media (think IG collage edits, layering textures, cool typography).
• Experience creating content that blends video, photos, and design elements for a more editorial or “scrapbook-style” feel.
• Beauty industry background — especially in lashes, skincare, or cosmetics.
• Experience working with ecommerce brands or community-driven marketing.

Elan Beaute & Supplies was established in January 2020 with a priority goal of becoming a business that caters to all the needs of artists within the lashing community! Another goal we aimed to strive for was to provide a safe and welcoming space for all creatives who have been, are currently, or will soon be joining the extremely competitive and concentrated industry of beauty and lashing. Even though this company was started in the midst of the pandemic, we were able to watch it blossom and thrive into the company it is now. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
