Marketing Coordinator

Full-Time/Non-Exempt

Location: Cherry Hill, NJ (Hybrid)

Compensation Range: $22.60-$24.04/per hour

Reports to: Vice President of Business Development

Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will lead marketing and community outreach efforts to promote our education and behavioral health services. This role requires someone who is comfortable developing marketing campaigns and representing our organization face-to-face at conferences, tabling events, and community gatherings. The position serves as a key bridge between our organization and the communities we serve, combining strategic marketing expertise with grassroots relationship building.

Job Responsibilities:

Marketing & Communications

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Contribute to content for website, social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Manage social media presence and community engagement across multiple platforms
  • Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets
  • Coordinate with external creative team on marketing projects
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications

Events & Outreach

  • Register and represent the organization at tabling events, conferences, and community gatherings
  • Plan and coordinate participation in industry conferences and professional events
  • Set up and manage booth displays, promotional materials, and branded merchandise
  • Engage with attendees, answer questions, and generate leads at events to deliver back to BD Team
  • Conduct general outreach

Administrative & Strategic Support

  • Maintain marketing calendar and coordinate campaign timelines
  • Collaborate with program teams
  • Contribute to CRM database
  • Prepare reports on marketing activities, event outcomes, and ROI

Team:

This role will be part of the marketing team, reporting to the Vice President of Business Development.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in education, healthcare, or behavioral health sectors
  • Proven experience coordinating events, conferences, or community outreach initiatives
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Experience with design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
  • Comfortable with networking in professional settings
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for events (some evenings and weekends required)
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
  • Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, and digital advertising

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred but not required
