Work with marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks.

Work with Promotions Supervisor on coordinating promotions and giveaways as needed and perform promotional and event staff duties as needed.

Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials.
-
Support the marketing department by scheduling and organizing the creation of website content.
-
Prepare Purchase Orders and submit to appropriate department.
-
Ensure that Marketing supplies are fully stocked and take inventory as needed.
-
Prepare letters and emails to clients in response to questions or to provide clarification on an ongoing project.
-
Monitor marketing industry news and submit reports on emerging trends to management.
-
Update and follow up on graphic projects to assure timely delivery.
-
Experience planning, scheduling promotions on digital platforms.
-
Create editorial calendar for digital platforms.
-
Coordinate and deliver email campaigns.
-
Update marketing & deadlines calendars as well as the Marketing project status.
-
Oversee print production.
-
Create mailing lists and coordinate mass-mailings.
-
Experience with media placement.
-
Create brochures and presentations.
-
Research competitive markets.
-
Improve communication efficiencies within department.
-
Has full understanding of facility’s features, amenities, and systems (Players Club, Event ticketing system, etc.).
-
Executes all aspects of Players Club – recruits and registers new members, explains Club benefits and rules, checks, and redeems points, validates promotional points, sells event tickets, assists guests with event ticketing inquiries, etc.

Stays updated on promotions, special events, etc. to be able to competently inform guests.

Driven personality that takes initiative and can work autonomously.

Other duties as assigned.

Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management, both verbally and in writing a must.

Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor under stressful situations.

Experience with business reports a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or Advertising or related field a plus.

Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus.
-
2+ years Marketing and Advertising experience
-
Project Management experience a plus.
-
Graphic design experience preferred.
-
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
-
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills required.
-
Must have keen attention to detail, organization and time management.
-
Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
-
Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
-
Must be flexible and able to work well independently and in a team environment.
-
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
-
May be required to assist customers in an open, well-ventilated, semi-enclosed terrace where cigarette and cigar smoking is permitted.

Must apply and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license, which includes lifetime FBI criminal background check.

Must pass drug testing as per company's Drug Free Workplace Policy and applicable background checks.
