Job Overview
Lead and oversee multiple marketing channels including social media, websites, and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, manage content creation, and coordinate marketing activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all marketing functions including social media, websites, and advertising.
- Work with other departments (sales, parts, product development, etc.) to make sure products, pricing and promotions stay current.
- Collaborate with each department to proactively promote products.
- Design, produce, and track promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the brand's messaging and image.
- Determine the best advertising platforms (digital, print, etc.) and run effective ad campaigns to reach target audiences.
- Monitor the effectiveness of ad campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies based on performance data.
- Manage the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with current marketing campaigns and objectives while using third-party resources.
- Collaborate with web development teams for necessary updates, improvements, and optimization.
- Team up with Herd-Boss on the dealer program by developing guides, coordinating apparel/product orders, creating dealer email/text groups and supplying sales support marketing materials.
- Manage future dealer portals.
- Assist the HR department with designing and posting job advertisements and other marketing materials.
Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing strategies.
- Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO, social media management, email marketing, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience OR an associate degree in a related program.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactical marketing initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week
