About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in shaping our brand presence across digital and local channels — from managing online campaigns and creating visual content to supporting brand initiatives and analyzing performance.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who loves combining creativity with data, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has an eye for design, storytelling, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • SEO & Web Optimization: Implement SEO best practices including keyword research, content updates, and analytics tracking to improve search performance.
  • Google Ads Management: Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and brand visibility.
  • Content Creation: Design visually engaging graphics, videos, and promotional materials for use across digital platforms, email marketing, and advertising.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media calendars, schedule content, engage with audiences, and track performance across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Drone & Video Production: Capture and edit high-quality photos and drone footage for marketing campaigns, events, and promotional videos.
  • Brand Stewardship: Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while continuously elevating creative standards.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, interpret data, and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and community events.
  • Local Travel: Participate in occasional (under 10%) local travel for photoshoots, business events, and promotional opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in marketing, content creation, and social media management.
  • Strong understanding of SEO strategy and Google Ads management, Amazon Ads Campaign Manager
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience creating and editing videos or drone content is a plus.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter attitude with creativity, initiative, and a drive for results.
