Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns, and event coordination. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is passionate about fitness and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day marketing tasks and campaigns
• Manage marketing requests from teams and partners
• Liaise with designers, content creators, and suppliers
• Assist with content creation (social captions, event posts)
• Organize and support in-house events and activations
• Track campaign performance, engagement, and member feedback
• Maintain organized files, calendars, and budgets

Skills & Experience:

• 1–3 years in marketing coordination or events (fitness/lifestyle industry a plus)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content workflows
• Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe tools is a plus
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
