We are currently hiring a Sales Coordinator / Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have her own visa/husband visa/father's visa and residing in Ajman.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily clerical and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Distribute product samples to the sales team and potential clients.
  • Track and monitor all sample distributions accurately.
  • Maintain a detailed database of sample distribution.
  • Must be able to write and send proper emails.

Requirements:

Mid-level administrative experience.

1-2 years of experience working in the UAE.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must; knowledge of Tally is a plus.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
