Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Investment Property Sales Advisor to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of real estate investment, financial analysis, and client relationship management. You will guide investors through the acquisition process, offering tailored advice and market insights to maximize returns.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on property investment opportunities across residential, commercial, and off-plan sectors
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, and ROI projections
- Present investment proposals and guide clients through the sales process
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and financial institutions
- Stay informed on market trends, regulatory updates, and emerging investment zones
- Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and strategic insight
- Use CRM systems to manage leads, interactions, and transaction records
- Achieve monthly performance targets and contribute to team growth
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate investment sales or advisory
- Strong knowledge of the UAE property market and investment dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and financial modeling tools
- Professional demeanor, analytical mindset, and client-focused approach
