An honest and ambitious person is desirable by our company who have experience and good knowledge in internet / emails handling, research knowledge on internet and other computer related skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and designing softwares. Candidate must have knowledge of operating printers, scanners and other devices related to computers. HR experience will also be an added advantage. English speaking and writing skills are must. Candidate will be required to record day to day expenses, expiry dates of visas, vehicle registrations, etc., Candidate will have to take inventory of available items in office, book hotels / air tickets for traveling. Candidate will be responsible to assist in sending news letters and sales leads generation by finding customers in the targeted market segments through internet research. Candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of searching data on internet and filter information to maintain in an excel file for further followup. Experience of social media applications such as Linkedin, Instagram, etc is also desirable in the candidate. Candidate will be responsible to help in sales follow up, sales leads recording, meetings and visit reports recording and managing sorting of data for follow up of customers and suppliers. Candidate must have very good skills for business communications to write emails to customers / suppliers independently.
